Managerial Level:
The new configuration of Ballet Academy structure and development of the new organigram;
Restructuring, division of individual responsibilities and responsibilities of the Ballet Academy management team;
Design and finalization of job descriptions for the new positions in the administrative team;
The new definition of the executive team offices;
Supporting and encouraging team spirit of the newly established administrative team following the selection process of more than 120 candidates
Merging the old team of employees with the new employees - in the form of meetings and team building;
Pedagogical Training:
Together with the Federal Academy of Sport in Vienna, created for the first time in the history of the Vienna State Opera the first structured model for the pedagogical training of ballet teachers, a goal foreseen in the Law on the Organization of the Austrian Federal Theatre but never considered so far.
Developing the course "Instructor education for prophylactic and healthy training" The collaboration with this institution was officially noted and mentioned by the Austrian Federal Academy of Sport director as one of "outstanding" productivity.
Student Care:
Cooperation with the Federal Institute for Sports Performance "Leistungssport Austria": providing students with a scientific, highly complex medical and therapeutic care system in the form of examinations (medical, physiotherapeutic, psychophysiological, anthropometric, and nutritional) as well as the initiation, development, and implementation of a series of tests that can effectively contribute to defining a performance status in the field of sports science).
In addition, introducing and funding physiotherapy and massage classes in the Ballet Academy, as well as introducing a new subject in the curriculum: "health program" with basic notions in the areas of nutrition, anthropometric information, accident prevention exercises, strength, and muscle tone improvement program, psychology, and "body awareness";
Following an extensive selection process in the fall of 2019, hired two psychology specialists, one for children and one for teacher supervision.
The Concept of Child and Youth Protection:
Initiating and supporting the development and implementation of a new child and youth protection concept, unique in ballet schools across Austria.Experts developed the concept and program for the specific needs of the Ballet Academy; the first two teacher training courses and the first training course for Child Protection Officers already took place in November and December 2019.
Transformation of Ballet School into Vienna State Opera Ballet Academy (2013);
Broadening selection of students and teachers; in 2019 - 31 nationalities;
Systematic touring and scouting in Austria: Kärnten, Oberösterreich, Salzburg, Tyrol, and Vorarlberg and abroad: Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Japan, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Hungary;
Initiating Youth Company of Ballet Academy (in 2013) (Jugendkompanie der Ballettakademie der Wiener Staatsoper) to create a platform for professional transition to a career as a professional ballet dancer;
Beginning the 1st edition of "Summer Program"; In 2019 this Summer School arrived at its 7th edition;

More than 100 awards at national and international ballet competitions (2011-2019) in Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, China, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Korea, Romania, Russia, Spain, Turkey, and the USA
More than 90% of the academy's graduates received jobs, either in Vienna State Opera, Academy's Youth Company, or other ballet companies; two of them succeeded in less than three years to become principal dancers of Vienna State Opera Ballet (Natascha Mair and Jakob Feyferlik);
40% of the current Vienna State Opera ballet ensemble (status 2019 September) are graduates of the Ballet Academy, compared to 25% before September 2010;
